Overview of the company

Kupro-94 LTD was established in 1994 and it started as a company producing chemicals, detergents, reagents, silicate materials, colourants and trading them.

Since 1994, the company has been continuously improving its production and technologies. In 1999 new high-quality technologies and equipment for the production of alkyd paints and varnishes were introduced, which improved the quality of the production.

In 2001-2002 new progressive technologies for the production of paints and varnishes were implemented. The company starts working towards closing the productions cycle by producing the components needed for the paints.
 

In 2003 the company receives a diploma by the local division of the Ministry of Environment for its activities complying with the ecological law of Bulgaria. During the same year, the BRAVACOLOR brand was registered. The brand is successfully marketed on both internal and external markets.

Distribution network has been developed in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Sliven Haskovo, Burgas and other Bulgarian cities. Commercial contacts with Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Moldova has been established as well.

The heads of the company have established steady politics and quality standards and leads its personnel policy by careful selection and education.

In 2004 Kupro-94 Ltd was ISO 9001:2000 certified.

In 2007 Kupro-94 Ltd was ISO-9001:2000 recertified.

In 2004 Kupro-94 Ltd was ISO 9001:2008 certified.

ORGANISATION CHART

The organisation of the company is a 2-tier pyramid. The head is the Company manager who takes strategic decisions about the development of the company and the quality production politics.
